Besides hating my apartment, I want to warn all tenants of their security deposit policy, although they will never admit to it:

If you have credits on your account when you move out, they make a statement up in excel (mine was different that my friends who lived in the same building) and claim that I didn't have any credit. Luckily I kept track of the fact that I had overpaid on rent. When I argued it, they blamed it on "someone new" and I recieved my money

They also like to say that your check was lost in the mail, and they have to wait for it to come back to reissue you a new one. When a month had passed, they claimed it never came back/got forwarded (even though they recited my address exactly) and told me it would be 45 days before they could issue a new check to make sure I didn't try to deposit 2 of them.

Finally, there were me and three other girls in the apartment and the deposit check got made out to all 4 of us. Therefore we had to mail the check all over the US to get it signed and then have one person deposit it (because it was stamped to ---- saying "for deposit only" and then mail money to eachother.

As if my experience wasn't bad enough, they tried to screw my deposit. SO BEWARE!! Probably just better not to rent from them at all!
