Gabe's Place is one of the worst I've ever encountered. I wanted to give it a shout, but after a year of living there, they're are such garbage. Overpriced, for apartments they never clean after tenants move out. Yes I agree, it utterly comes down on the tenant to maintain the apt. well, but management should be concerned when tenants do not have couches for a month and half have a nasty hole in their closet, and the upstairs bathtub is leaking; which took them 4 months to come and check out. 5 months to actually fix. I would never recommend Gabe's PLace to anyone, just because Management sucks.
