Now, if you're asking if it's so bad, why did I rent it, I'll tell ya it's only because I found it within walking distance of campus, and because they offered a parking spot.
These people only car about getting your money, they rent out pieces of "*&%!" knowing they'll get somebody's money, and they are just generally unhelpful. The only thing they do promptly is cash your checks. My apartment was not clean, the toilet was broken, and ARGH, it was just of such low quality that I can't even find the words.
Please do not rent from tese people!
