Dealing with the management is horrible. I'd like to agree with some of the other's who have said that they were shown a nicely furnished and clean apartment. When we were shown ours, there were a few things broken like a closet door and some drawers. We were told that those would be fixed before we moved in. When we actually did move in, the apartment was a mess. First at the office, they didn't have the keys to the apartment so they gave me a random key just to get us out of the office. It took them 4 hours to get to the apartement and put a new lock in. When we went inside, the bathroom still had hairs in the bathtub and cabinets. The carpet had dust and pennies all around which shows that it was not cleaned. The kitchen was covered in grease stains. The closet door and drawers were not fixed. The blinds were broken and one of the rooms did not have a curtain for the bedroom. The couch was had curious white and red stains.

We did turn in maintenence forms, but none of them were fulfilled. The couch was replaced... 3 months later after we kept calling and complaining to them. There had been several occasions where they told my room mate that they didn't receive her rent check when she did mail it in. I didn't have a problem with this because I went to the office and personally gave them the check.

Also, they do not call you to let you know that they will be showing house apartment.

When it snowed, it took them several days to partially plow the parking lot.

The only positive thing is that the location is great. Unless you are willing to put up with bad management and low quality apartments, I would strong advise NOT to rent from them.
