rude, mean landlord, poor location, high utility rate

Initially they looked kind and nice especially when they need to make a contract which is ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience with them keeping me get annoyed by giving unnecessary phone call in my working hour with trivial issues.

The utility fee was unimmaginably high during the winter comapre to my previous ones.

The local neighborhood is nightmare itself.

I would recommend other place with similar rate.
