i have lived in this dump for 2 years, its not the greatest by any means, but the landlord is nice enough, except when something is wrong. it is safe enough. yeah its a high drug area, and strange enought, thats why its safe. the dealers dont want the cops around. i like the fact that the inner walls have insulation for sound dampering, that means i can, and do blast my music. the people next door do to, but are nice enough that if i ask them to trun it down they do right away. the mtd stops the lavender bus at 6:30pm so if you work or want to be out past that point find a ride other than that i like the place
