The apartments are clean, updated, and very nice. We had a two bedroom, two bath and loved the layout. The office staff is exceptional. You can use the clubhouse for parties (I think it was free with just a damage deposit.) The pool was very nice in the summer and the grounds were always kept nice. I went on many night time walks and was never scared--it is an excellent neighborhood and there is a park district path nearby. All residents are quiet and professional and we had no problems with noise. We only had one maitenance issue (leaky toilet valve) and they fixed it the same day. They always gave you warning before they came into your apartments for yearly furnace checks, etc. The staff had a Christmas party where they cooked for us.
This place is well worth the money! We only left because we purchased a house.
