These apartments are expensive compared to other places with similar features. However, it is in a nice location (park, grocery store, and campus are nearby). My experiences with maintanence folks were mixed.

I was generally pleased with my experience there, but here are some potential problems to look out for:

1) Flimsy construction (particularly thin doors/ceilings)... if your upstairs neighbor blasts country music when he wakes up at 5:30am like mind did, you will hear it. You will also hear anything that goes on in the hallway.

2) Outside doors don't lock.

3) Mostly grad students and families particularly in the townhouse area of the complex. However, undergrads do seep into the apartments and are not always quiet/easy to live with.

4) Rent prices are expensive and could go up. If you don't renew your lease 6 months in advance, your rent will go up at least $35/month

Also, keep an eye out for special rental deals. Sometimes during the summer they will offer one month of free rent for new leasees.
