Terrible maintenance!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I moved into this apartment and found lots of things wrong. It has been more than 2 months and I have still have more than 1/2 of the things to be fixed. The manager makes no promise about when to fix the problems and the maintenance crew is so overwhelmed that they don't keep their promise either.
Pros: Convenient location, nice environment
Cons: Poor maintenance, empty promise, expensive
