I lived in a 2 BR apt. for three years, and was very satisfied with my experience. The apt. was a good size, with plenty of storage/closet space for 1 person. Complex solidly built and well-maintained overall (though it did take 9 months to replace change machine in laundry facility after a break-in). Management is pleasant to deal with and maintenance is quick to respond. The neighborhood is fantastic--close to campus (but not by any means a campus complex, with most tenants being grad students or families and therefore fairly quiet), on several bus lines, near a grocery store and nice park. Exercise facilities are adequate, and the pool is a nice bonus.

I'd definitely recommend this complex. The only reason I moved is that I couldn't afford it anymore; my rent started at $599 in 1998, and for 2001-02, would have been about $679. Although not terrible considering the fact it's a 2 BR (and the location and the amenities), it was out of my budget. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
