I have lived at Hessel on the Park, and at the carriage townhomes, and I loved both! Hessel was my very first apartment, and the staff made me feel very welcome. They are very understanding with any problems and always willing to help out. Oh.. and I'm renting from them again at Champaign house, they offered to upgrade an apartment for us if they didn't have one that we liked!
