Only one positive aspect is a good location. Other than this, everything is horrible. Bad maintenance and unkind staffs in the office. They neglect messages that I left and didn't seem to deliver properly. When I stopped by the office to "remind" the message, and they couldn't even find it. Still one of my request has not been fixed yet and it has been more than 2 months. Quality of apartment is bad comparing to price too. No laundry hookups and it is really old building. Community laundry area is really dirty.
I have lived in four other apartment in this area, none of my previous landlords was horrible like this!

I totally agree! I had a terrible experience when I lived there for a year...especially with the maintenance and office staff. If the buildings weren't so old and always in need of repairs the maintenance and office staff not returning my calls would be bearable. Also, be wary about living near the edges of the complex. My car got broken into, so you should really watch yourself at night if you move in. I had to call the office staff THREE TIMES to get them to sweep up my car's window glass which was all over my parking space. Apparently it takes more than a window's worth of broken glass in an area where kids play to get them do their jobs.
