Great price, location & staff. Little bit small.

These are efficiency apartments. A little bit small, but appropriate for a college student who doesn't have too many belongings. Onsite laundry, vending, and vacuums. Parking 1/2 block away for $175/semester. Quiet place, pretty decent security, and perfect location. A/C, furnished, and utilities & cable included in rent.
