I am presently subleasing an apartment through Illini Manor, and my experience has honestly been just short of perfect! The staff is amazing. The maintenance problems are fixed in a timely manor, the laundry room is rarely "busy" when there are 100 apartments being rented, there is a resident manager, so I always feel as if there is someone close to keep the place sane. I can't say enough about the staff, though. These past few months have had me struggling financially, and they are more than willing to work with me - I have never had a landlord that is so lenient on rent. My desire is to pay every month on time, but realistically, that can be complicated. If I were not moving out of state when my sublease is up, I would be renewing a lease through this company semester after semester.
