The people who own and run this place clearly aren't just out to make a quick buck; they really care for some reason, and want you to enjoy your time there. Management and maintenance are extremely responsive and friendly, and the common areas are clean and well kept. Also, you really can't beat this location. Just one caveat: take a look at the model apartment before you decide to move in, because the places are very small. If you want to do some entertaining, though, there is a pretty nice rooftop deck.
