Clark, between 5th and 6th ... are just okay

Everything about JSM is just okay. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. But it was a big step up from CPM, who has just horrible service.

Things I liked: (1) you can report problems on-line at their web site, (2) cheap rent, (3) pretty friendly people at the office.

Things I didn't like: (1) units are old, (2) their Internet provider is not reliable--better to go with cable modem, (3) many buildings share a tiny laundry room, (4) few parking spots.
