I began living in the Busey Court apartments in August. When I came in, the apartment smelled horrible. The hallways ALWAYS smell and nothing seems to help. When I moved in, fixtures were broken. The "screened in porches" are a joke; they aren't screened in all the way (there is about 2 inches from the bottom that is left open), so bugs DO get in--this forces me to never leave my sliding door open, so I always have my air conditioning on. The walls here are paper thin, so you can hear people across the hall and right outside your door. Overall, I have not been happy leasing from JSM, and I would not encourage anyone to rent from them, ESPECIALLY in the Busey Court Apartments!!!
