NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM, My roommate??s dad is best friends with Joe McCormick, the Owner of JSM; even though it is a very big company he still will install the cheapest possible stuff into his apartments and then when it goes you are responsible. Don't forget that you have a security deposit as well which they are known for taking from everyone at the end. I would say live with JSM if you want a huge headache

JSM in Champaign, Illinois is owned by the Hartman borthers. There is no one by the name of McCormick even employed within the company.
