Nice place to rent

Noise can be a little loud from the bars on Sixth Street, but no worse than most of the apartments in that area.

Maintenance was always very quick, and the place was almost spotless when I moved in. The rent is a little high compared to most of the campus area, but it's a nice apt in a good location, so I considered it well-spent.
