The apartments at Lando are at a great location and are large. Overall, the experience has been good.

The noise level is a high. That is expected from the outside bars, but the walls seem thin as well.

Every once in a while, there will be trash in the halls/stairs/lobby, but this is usually cleaned up within a few days.

The apartments are getting old, and appliances and furniture is failing. The appliances are usually fixed promptly. The furniture may take some time, unless the apartment is showing for future tenants.

The parking is in a good location, but be sure not to get a space too far back. The students at neighboring apartments like to have parties on their balconies and throw beer bottles at cars.
