power goes out, internet goes out, water goes out, fire alarm goes off consistently, sewage backup in some apartments, landlords will not answer phones on weekends, heat doesnt work in some apartments, parking is virtually non-existent, landlord is condescending prick

I lived there in 2001. I can see things haven't changed! Does the elevator still break every other day?
