I agree with the previous post. Internet does not work and landlord will not fix it! Electricity/water went out several times during the year - when I called the water company they informed me that management was contacted and should have given us warning. When maintenance problems arose, the guy was very difficult to deal with and even immature at times.

Also, the units are outdated.

No parking.

Location is the only plus.
