After moving from 111E Chalmers from University Group (they suck) and into the place at 1st & Green St. Larson-- it was like moving to heaven. Underground parking quite nice, nice balcony (except for the occasional views of homeless people in the bushes) much much better furniture and appliances than previous accommodations. Rooms actually big enough to fit a bed. Rent not that expensive. Not as loud or party-ridden as other places as well (has its fair share though). Definitely did not regret living at this place.
