I lived at the Bash Ct. Apartments. The parking was limited to one spot per apartment and all the apartments in the building were 3 bedroom. The pricing was reasonable for on campus parking. The place was constructed pretty cheaply, lots of things broke while we were there. The furniture looked worse than a lot of furniture I saw in other complexes dumpsters. Apartments were reasonably priced for on campus as well. The staff was kind enough, but certainly didn't try hard to make things easy. I've never felt so intimidated as I did when I went into their office. The neighbors were fairly quiet when they weren't having parties, but the noise outside was constant. Just down the street from several bars. Nice location on campus. The hall lights were never lit and the underground parking was scary. I did not feel safe in these apartments. The washers and dryers (located in the creepy underground parking) didn't work, the ones that did were inevitably being used whenever you went down there. The maintenance was.... well they would come to help if you asked, but they often didn't know what to do. Once I caught them literally dragging an old toilet down the stairs, letting it hit each stair. And another time we had a leaky pipe in the water closet and they wanted to take apart our curtains to fix it... I told them I'd figure something out. It was overall a reasonably acceptable place to live for a short time, especially if you value location and not high quality or quiet. But if you don't mind walking a bit, I'd suggest moving farther off campus.
