Don't rent from them. Very crappy leases that will put blame on you for everything. Promised renovations, which never happened (new wallpaper, new flooring). Took three weeks to get a leak in the kitchen fixed and the "finished" basement had outdoor carpeting and concrete floors. When the claw-foot bathtub broke (being the only bathroom in the house) it took them two weeks to fix it.
