One month to fix fridge!!

It took them one month to fix my refrigerator, and they refused to supply me with a replacement one. They graciously took $25 off my rent for me having to buy food every day to eat...how nice of them.
It took them six months to fix locks on my door. They have never fixed things I told them about when I moved in that I wanted fixed like my air conditioner and doors in the apartment.
They will not remove snow from the sidewalks and/or stairs. I gave them a copy of a city ordinance which says they have to within a 12-hour snowfall, yet they continued to leave the snow. If it happens this year, I will be filling something against them for violating a city ordinance.
Their office staff is SO rude and VERY unfriendly. They are out for themselves; they are horrible.
I cannot wait until my lease is up because they are horrible! Don't rent from them!
