1)98% of all PPM renters get back a full security deposit, the 2% that don't, trashed the apartment and then complain that they have to pay for it.
2)PPM has photos of apartments that can be viewed by any prospective tenant to illustrate damaged units over the past 10 years.
3)PPM does not write leases to rip off students, only half of the rental units are on campus. The same lease is used for all units, and it is written to protect the property.
4)PPM has many tenants that leave C-U and return years later and rent again.
5)2 of the reviews listed for PPM are not PPM apartments. Again, if you take care of the rental unit while you live there,treat it like your home and not a bar, you will not have any problems. If you destroy the walls, have cig burns throughout the unit, have an unauthorized pet, or cause damage to the property, you could be held liable.
