The 1/15/04 review interestingly sounds as though a staff person working for PPM needed to pump up their image. I mean they put in statistics of how many people supposedly get back their deposits. Who else would put in that kind of information but a PPM staffer trying to infiltrate the consumer protection system. My advice to you the prospective tenant is to keep looking!!!!
