Kinda expensive, but you're paying for location

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Lived at 808 W. Illinois for two years.....it is kinda expensive, but you are paying for location, since apartments are only a block away from campus. Nicely built, little noise, and maintenance comes when called. The rent is a bit high, but with the closeness to campus and a W/D in each apartment, I'd still recommend it.
