PPM easily has the most vicious, unfriendly staff imaginable. I understand they have people calling them to get repairs done all day, but THAT'S YOUR JOB. They are 5X worse than any DMV employee I have ever encountered.

I have had an ongoing problem - I contacted them ONE MONTH ago, and nothing has been done about it. I call/write them all the time, and only once did I get a reponse basically yelling at me for not telling them I had a problem the same day it happened. (It happened on a Saturday - I called them on a Monday). When I explained to them that they have NO WEEKEND SERVICE and what was I supposed to do, they had nothing to say to that. Seriously - If you can avoid this company, you damned well should. I wish I'd had listened to a former tenant when she told me they charged her for a carpet that had been rolled up and stored in a basement for the last 20 years because it 'smelled like mildew."
