nice place but crappy policies

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The apartment itself was great, physically. However if you don't want to deal with a ridiculously long lease full of nitpicky rules in the landlord's favor that will screw you over later then don't rent from PPM. Shady stuff. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
