I would only recommend these apts if you can get an apt on the top floor and in the middle. Mine was on the ground floor and on the end, and I hear EVERYTHING. Everytime someone goes up or down the stairs outside my apt, the pictures on my wall shake. I also hear everything from my upstairs neighbor. The units aren't very updated, esp in the kitchen. The berber carpet is nice though, and the floor plan is big. It wasn't an awful place to live, but maintance is on the slow side, and the noise level is really irritating. For a 1BR apt in town, the rent isn't bad, just know there aren't many extras.
