I'm actually living here from 2006 - 2007.
It's an okay apt.
for one person.
Two people is pushing it and I live with my bf.
When there is something wrong with your apt.
you can call them anytime day or night.
They usually have someone out to look at your problem the next day or same day if you called during the day.
The staff and landlord are very friendly.
The only thing I don't like is that if you want a parking space right next to the building, you have to pay $20 a month to rent the space.
Other than that though, you can park on Randolph.
