I currently live in an older building owned by Ramshaw. I do like this apartment, but there are a lot of issues. In general, Ramshaw needs to put some work into thier buildings. Lots of little issues: heating, windows without locks, carpet/wood floors that need to be refinished. I think if Ramshaw invested some capital into their buildings tenets would be much more satisfied. Everyone in my building refers to Ramshaw as "slumlords." I'm not sure about that, but I think they could definitely improve their image (with thier current and future tenets) by spending a little more time and money fixing up thier buildings.
