While short-term leases are offered for some buildings (I lived at 605 S. 4th), the convenience didn't outweigh the negatives. Roaches. Inconsiderate staff. The basement in my building was under renovation, and the workers (and their radio) usually started at about 8 am. Parking was unreasonably priced. Location is great, but there are nicer buildings in the area. Settle if you must, but exhaust other options first!
