From the first week I moved in, their customer service has been horrible. The apartments are overpriced rat traps, and they are impossible to deal with. I have lived in several college towns, but have never been taken advantage of as I have been by Ramshaw-Smith. IF you get to talk to someone, they make promises to fix things, but never follow through.

The staff came in to fix my heat and left with my bath towels. I don't let them in anymore.
