My comments are pretty similar to everyone's. The inside of the apt. was really nice which is why I originally rented it, but I hadnt really paid attention to anything else. For most of the summer, there was a HUGE hole on the ceiling of the apt. hallway and it wasnt until the last few weeks when they had it fixed. The halls really are grungy, there are gross bugs everywhere, and the doorbells dont work (so anytime you get a package in the mail, you will receive a little note that says "we missed you again"). Also, the washingmachine flooded twice and the hallway smelled. When I called to have my oven fixed b/c there was a loud bang and it started smoking, they left a note saying it was fixed. However, the note said that my only complaint was that the oven was smoky and they wrote that they looked inside and it wasnt. They added that it was probably food particles getting stuck in the oven- the important bang part was left out!!! I definitely did not touch the oven again. Also, there was a small hole in the wall which i did not notice in the beginning of the summer and every two weeks or so, an ant family would move in with me. But other than that it was great.
