Horrible Customer Service--Cindy in particular

Anyone who has rented from Ramshaw is familiar with the not-so-pleasant Cindy. In addition to mutliple problems with our apartment and Ramshaw's reluctance to make any of the necessary repairs, Cindy's horrible customer service puts Ramshaw at the top of Champaign's worst realtors.
