There was a switch in management during the middle of my stay. Ramshaw is a crooked company; please check the UI Tenant's history for reports on landlord complaints if you don't believe me. My major issues: (1) Incompetent and rude staff who try to manipulate you. (2) Comes into my apt w/o notice; things are broken or missing. (3) Tried to make me sign a July-July lease in January or else they threatened to show my place anytime they want. (4) Raises rent at unreasonable rates. Not worth it because they don't fix anything. (5) During recent blizzard, they failed to shovel the lots and sidewalks. An elderly resident woman actually spent the whole afternoon shoveling for us! --STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY--
