I live on their s. 4th st. studio. my fan in the bathroom was already broken when i moved in and makes big noise. i called them and they promised to come and fix it in 72 hours. one month is passed but nothing has been done. not to say that the window is very thin and i cannot sleep because i can hear everything from the street - talks and cars. the hall way and stairs stinks like trash. it is extremely hot in summer time and the air condition is not efficient at all not to say that it is even ten times louder than the noise from the street. the personals in ramshaw pretended nice before you sign the lease but wait after you sign the lease... definitely not a good company to rent a house/room from. big mistake! if the ranking can be negative, i would love to give them negative ranking
