This company was absolutely horrible. At first I thought I had gotten such a good deal. It allowed pets, not security deposit, and like two blocks from the engineering campus. When I moved out I received a letter from them stating that I owed them around $600. For turn over maintenance and other things that I was did not have control over. It is stated in the lease that I would be charged for carpet cleaning, but there was nothing stated that then I would have to also pay for the vacuuming that had to be done when the people left. I cleaned the apartment before I left and I was charged $80 for things being unclean. They rip off college students in anyway possible. DO NOT rent from them!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a lawyer now trying to fight with them about the things that they are making me pay and the lawyers are even like this is ridiculous!!!!!!!
