I lived at 905 and 903(newer building) on first, and I was pretty happy with both. My first studio was older, but well kept up, and whenever I had even the smallest maintenance problem it was fixed the by noon the next day. There were some bugs and some deterioration that you would expect with an older apartment, but overall it was nice. The apartments at 903 are great--new, really clean, nice amenities. Things can get a little noisy, but that's campus for you. Management does a great job with the grounds and upkeep, and they're really friendly and helpful.
