Had cockroaches for first half of year here. Parking also sucks. Not enough room to park and got a lot of dings in my car from other car doors being opened. Maintenance was on top of things, but instead of fixing, they would just cover up the problem and tell us not to mess with it. Example: under sink was leaking, called maintenance, messed with it but didn't fix it, told us not to put anything under the sink. Not enough room to not be able to use a storage place.

AC can't circulate. AC too loud from other units to open deck door comfortably. Rooms incredibly overheated. Need to purchase own AC units on top of the one already installed.

Gutters always broken; therefore, no grass due to flooding of area.

Indoor lighting sucks. Need to have all lights on even during the brightest day.

Laundry room on site ALWAYS broken. Only 2 washers and 1 dryer. Nothing works.

I live at 905 and always go to do laundry at 901. My 2 cents: - I have used at least 3 different washers and 3 dryers -- all working. - Agree about the light, but at noon the room is sufficiently lit. - AC Unit is OK for me. A little loud, but cool enough. - For me, Maintenance and staff are great!
