I have been living with Roland for over two years now, summers included, in two different units in their 806 S. 1st building. I love that I can have my dog here, which is difficult to find on campus. Roland helped me out originally in finding a pet-friendly summer sublet here, and I have not regretted that I have stayed ever since. The place is spacious, clean, and well-furnished, especially for the price.
Probably my only qualms were that when I moved in my coffee table had shaky legs and sometimes maintenance is a little slow in getting things done.
