I lived in the fairly new 903 S. First apt. The rent was reasonable for a one bedroom and the only utility was electric so it was nice not to have a lot of bills to pay. The apartment was a good size. The staff is super nice and I would actually always pay my rent in person and chat with them for a bit. They really care about your experience especially if you make the effort to be a good tenant. Garbage would sometimes be in the stairwell or someone had partyed to hard and would throw up. It would be cleaned up ASAP. I also enjoyed the building being on campus, but it was secluded and I felt very safe there. I actually lived in a CPM building across the street and a block a couple years ago and I did not feel safe there. I do not know how the other buildings they own are maintaned I know some are pretty old but I had a great experience overall there and I would continue to live there if I could.
