One of the few leasing offices in C-U that actually deserves your $

Royse & Brinkmeyer is one of the few landlords/leasing offices in Champaign-Urbana that is actually deserving of your hard-earned money.
Their office staff is very professional and extremely nice and helpful. They are really on top of their game, because I just moved out of my apartment a week ago, and I have already gotten my full security deposit back! I have heard horror stories from others about other leasing offices holding their security deposits ransom, and then trying to get every penny they can out of the deposit by charging for stupid things.
Royse & Brinkmeyer's maintenance is also excellent. Anytime I submitted a request, even for minor things like my fridge bulb being out, it was fixed properly within 36 hours. You never have to worry about them not showing up, it just gets done.
My apartment was not exactly luxurious, but it was well-maintained and clean, and the rent was reasonable for a poor grad student like me. However, if you are looking for something nice there is definitely that option available too. Also, Royse & Brinkmeyer actually seems to care about who lives in their apartments, because all of my neighbors were quiet and friendly.
I highly recommend Royse & Brinkmeyer. I moved out of my apt to move in with my fiance, who rents from another leasing office, which is pitiful compared to Royse & Brinkmeyer. We are counting down the days until we can move out and rent from Royse & Brinkmeyer again if we're still in the area.
