I was apartment hunting and I came across these apartments.

Very nice apartments relatively.

They seem to be fairly new and maintained very well.

They do not show their age and are in pretty good shape.

The apartment I was in had new carpet, new fixtures and new appliances, even a microwave.

The only reason I didn't move in is because of the staff.

They're not terrible, but they're just plain dumb and idiots.

It seems like none of them want to do their job and are very unwilling to do anything.

The guy who showed me the apartments looked as if he wanted to get back to his office ASAP and didn't really answer questions.

I asked about moving in and they were very unwilling to show me the apartment the second time.

"Most people just look at the apartment ONCE," and such.

I'm a pretty stern guy and I pushed them around a bit, but at the end I decided against it and just went with an apartment with a friendly site manager.

I'm going to be spending a lot of my time there; I don't want to deal with jackasses for 2 years.

But then again if money is your concern and you're just a poor college student or someting (because a large university is in this city), definitely consider it.

If you're a working professional, there are better apartments out there!

I completely agree, my husband and I would have rented there too if it weren't for the staff. They were rude and the guy who also showed us an apt. didn't say but a few words to us and made us feel so akward. Unfriendly staff, weren't willing to work with us reasonably about anything.
