Renting from University Group was a terrible experience. All of the appliances were very old, the management was always rude, there were no bike racks, and maintenance requests were rarely answered. The one time my maintenance request was answered, I was out of town. When I came back, I noticed that the maintenance person or persons decided to leave little presents for me, such as peeing in my toilet and not flushing it, cigarette butts in my sink, empty soda cans on my counter, and a half-empty cup of coffee with mold growing on it.

My recommendation: Don't ever rent with them, no matter how desperate you are!
