Poor Sublet Experience

I sublet from a girl for the summer and dealing with the University Group through the experience was a real pain in the ass. Don't count on them to help you at all, they hate subletters since they assume you'll wreck the place. I didn't. The biggest mess was dealing with the unprofessional management and poorly designed partking lot at their office location.
