Lived in Bash Court, horrible conditions. Apt. was in horrible shape, had to clean for hours when I moved in, it's as if they didn't bother sending a cleaning service in. Dinette set was from the 70's, with holes in the wicker backs of the chairs. When the stuff eventually broke, they charged full price for a new set, even though the old one was rusted and worthless. Air conditioner broke, maint. took a little over a month to fix. When we left, got charged up the rear for cleaning, even though we cleaned, and had to clean when we moved IN!!! Wouldn't recommend U-Group to anyone. Filed a formal complaint with the U of I tenant board during my stay.
